Solution: This mod will use the standard Contact Us interface (similar to how MySpace does it), it will NOT the members email program.
This is very helpful when your site has grown and you can't watchdog every uploaded image, forum post, classified ad etc.
Note: The mod sends an email to the Site Email in your Control Panel.
The email has the users name that is sending the report.
The user will not be able to report unless they are logged in and they cannot edit their name like you can in the Contact Us form.

Issue: Their is no limit on how many times your users can reinvite to the same email address.
This is a problem for obvious reasons, a member can "spam or grief" a person or multiple people can invite the same person by just hitting refresh!
This can get your domain added to spam lists or even cause serious issues with your host or law enforcement.
Solution: This mod will check to see if the user has been invited already, thank the member for attempting the invite,
prevent the system from reinviting and inform the member that the reinvite was aborted.
